What is Required to Apply to a Medical School in the US? + Culinary Medicine

Good morning, everyone! I am taking my last required block called Culinary Medicine.

I am learning to make some small changes that have HUGE effects on my health over the long run and it has been fun. I replaced mayo with yogurt for sauces and I am working on making different spice combos to get a good taste.

Eating any sort of nut daily has large effects on cardiovascular health. Walnuts have the highest content of omega-3s.

I have been drinking an avocado smoothie every other morning. It is THAT good. It was weird to try because I always liked my avocado foods salty, but you have to try this. Also here are some pics of other things I have made recently!

2 avocados, 1 cup milk, 2 tsp vanilla extract, a container of unsweetened applesauce about ¼ cup, 2 tbsp of honey, ½ cup low-fat yogurt. The consistency is pretty thick, but it is SO good. 250 cal, 15g fat, 23 carbs, 7g fiber, 15g sugar 7g protein.

I LOVE McDonalds Hot n’ Spicy but I am not buying fast food this month and decided to create my own “healthy” option which turned out WAY better than McDonalds!

I made my first long-form video in Spanish! I finally figured out how to put ENGLISH Subtitles. I am not part of some creators that can upload audio in different languages but I have spoke to YouTube and I think that would be really cool!

What is Required to Apply to a Medical School in the US?
